Mike Darnell runs a one-person HVAC and plumbing operation. He was answering client calls from the crawl space and juggling scheduling between jobs. He didn't want to hire an office person. Scheduling manages his calendar and sends confirmations. Follow-up messages go out automatically when jobs are completed. "Clients think I have an office staff," Mike says. He doesn't.
